Quince Financier

the story

mormor started in 2016 as a joyful side-project catering events for friends and friends-of-friends. mormor draws from a grandmother’s love of large parties, a family tradition of hospitality, and work experience in Portland’s top restaurants.

Today, mormor serves the local Portland area through private events, custom orders, and pop-ups graciously hosted by community members. Keeping things “micro” allows devotion of utmost care to every bake, every element of every dish while remaining uncompromising on organizing principles.

Assorted appetizers and desserts on blue and white floral plates, including a red cocktail with a lemon twist, focaccia, crackers with cheese and toppings, a colorful salad with radishes, and cream-topped pastries, all on a wooden outdoor table.
